My name is Sabelo Duba. Lately I have been harrased with phone calls and e-mails regarding my "so called Telkom contract"

I have never had any kind of a contract or deal with Telkom. I have never even attempted to apply for one. But now I am told that I owe Telkom R16000 which is crazy.
