I'm so disappointed with the service Im currently getting , I went to a Telkom store in West gate and I was assisted by a getlemen there, the reason I was there was to cancel a contract that was taken under my name without my consent. I have been a victim of identity theft. I brought in what was needed and I got a reference number : ********** 1, this was in September 2018. I have been calling the contact center and the only response I get is that these things take time . It's been 4months and still i haven't heard anything , the only message I get is that I have outstanding amount , it's reflects bad on my credit record. Please fix this
