Received an email from collections debt-IN claiming that that am in areas with telkom when I have never had an account with them. Lodged a dispute with collections Debt-IN and received a case number ********** 9 from telkom . A week later I received an email stating that my case has been resolved with no explanation. Contacted the lady who's handling the case Patience Vilakazi from collections debt-IN for clarity on the email and received nothing until today. This is so frustrating because of this default against my name I can't apply for credit and this has messed up my credit record. I lodged another dispute with transunion hoping this issue gets resolved ASAP as I urgently need to apply for credit. I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH TELKOM, NEVER HAVE AND DEFINITELY NEVER WILL PLEASE FIX YOUR MESS!!!!!!!!!!!!
