i was applying for a credit facility at a bank and it was declined due to affordability because of the defualt on my profile of TELKOM R5404 i have never opened any contract with telkom ever, they have listed me , they never contacted me about errors or the contract. i contact their customer care, they told me i should write an email to ********** and it will take 7 day for response, the funny part is that on bureau shows that the contract started on 29/09/2011 but it was never on my credit bureau, it just came out of knowere, account no ********** 93
