<p>So telkom managed to open 2 cellphone contracts under my name with all **** documents. This came to light when they deduct a nice lump sum of R3 000 of my account. How does a person that does not look like me submit an ID that its not them and the consultant gladly accepts it? Is that easy for consultants to open accounts for people without original documents? Are they trying to earn commission of unauthorized accounts? Tryimg to get help from they service line is useless as well. I got an email address that does not exist. I am furious at the moment. I am sitting at the shop waiting for manager to help me but he is no where to be seens. After this Telkom is a horrible service provider.</p>
