<p>I had a contact with Telkom Mobile and it ended on March 2017 I send a cancellation letter on the 29th February 2017 and I had to resend the cancellation form again because they claimed they have not received my forms. Today it is the 30th of April and the contract has still not been cancelled, I'm truly frustrated and disappointed by the lack of service from Telkom.</p>
