Telkom provided me with a 24pm mobile contract. It turns out for promotional specials, the amount discounted is automatically debited from your account anyway after 24 months. So basically a ********** promotional offer. And well after 3 weeks worth of hassle, dealing lastly with Wandile Nxumalo, and multiple team leaders from Chats department... My funds are not refunded with no hope in sight. I'm hoping this is seen by legal as I feel it should be ******* to take incorrect amounts from a person and make no effort to refund it especially being the festive season. Case number ***0
