i have a contract with 8ta for which i pay R237 pm. i received a sms that R387 is gonna be deducted from my account this month. i called telkom (23/11/2015, 13:08) and spoke to hlengiwe khumalo. she said someone purchased data on 2 accounts. i never purchased data and told her that. she said there is nothing they can do and i have to go to court to lay a charge. first of all who do i lay a charge against if i don't even know who purchased the data. and it is so easy to commit ***** with telkom. i asked her to play the recording of the person who did the purchase and she refused. can someone please assist.
