Fradulent Netflix subscription

Telkom uses other companies such as mondo to sell us Telkom mobile contract . I brought my contract for 10Gig with them however its been a nightmare. last year September Telkom in partnership with Netflix gave me a free trial of 90 days however to my surprise once the 90days was completed Netflix via telkom was billing me without subscription. I called Telkom demanding that they refund me as I am not a Netflix client. I promised that they wont deduct the Netflix amount however November and December Telkom has deducted money from me.

I want my money back Telkom. I never signed up for Netflix subscription. I told you I do not want Netflix.
