Fradulant Contract

last week i tried to Upgrade my Car, and i was declined due to Affordability. and the Dealership told me that its because of a Telkom Contract i have. i went to Telkom Shop and they couldnt assist telling me about Head Offivce and all that nonsense. i never had a Contract with Telkom. in 2011 ***** was done with my ID someone took contract under my name and its was resolved with Telkom. please can they have this resolved, im sick of this because its messing with my Credit profile, i need to upgrade my Car. *** my number.
