Fradulant accounts opened in my name

I am soo disappointed at Telkom Woodmead brunch , this is what happened to me i went to take up a new contract took all my KYC documents with me , copy of id proof of banking details and proof of residence merely took weeks after i went there something funny started happening to my surprise seems as if one of the Telkom Woodmead brunch consultants sold my personal information to someone who later took up credits **********ly in my name . I am not happy with this matter and i need an internal investigation on this matter 2 accounts were opened fraduanlty in my name i want to know how , the only company i have provided my personal information is the Telkom brunch in woodmead
