Fradualent Case Closed Without My Knowledge

I have reported a fradualent account with 8TA in 2014-12-31, and was told that it will take 15 workings days and today is the third month without anyone calling me and telling me the progress of the case. This is against an account that says I bought an Apple product, and in my life time I have never owned an Apple product.
