Fourways Crossing - Cannot get hold of store.
Cannot get hold of the Telkom Direct store in Fourways Mall or Fourways Crossing. Number has been busy for a week?
Does their number work? Concerned if their shop lines dont work why would my contract work?
Can someone from either of those stores call me.
Very poor service - does the company want new clients?

She informed me that the stores would not answer the phone if the are busy - Pathetic
She also stated that they could have been busy the entire week.
Went past the store and it is quiet - 1 customer in Nicolway - and yet the phone is not being answered.
Siyabonga from customer care - contacted @ 11:24 on 13 Feb 2021 stated that the stores do not answer calls - then why is there a landline in store?
Conflicting info - please train your customer care consultants
How is this company still in business?
Are South Africans only concerned about pricing and NOT service?
