Four months have passed and still no free cordless phone.

When I shifted my phone 4 months ago telkom offered me a free cordless phone which I haven't received till today. When I call 10213 they say to go to the nearest telkom store. When I goto the store they tell me they don't have stock so I should call 10213. They are just making me run around. If telkom doesn't have stock they shouldn't make false promises to their customers.
