Found one excellent person in Telkom

Telkom receive a one star as it took them 2 years to refund me. However, one employee of the Telkom Cavendish branch, Shehaam Stoutz, receives 5 stars from me for being the only person in 2 years that has taken the clients matter up and pushed the credit through. Well done Shehaam and thank you. I hope your superiors are recognising the value you bring to client service ( otherwise non-existent within Telkom).
