Foul utterly disgusting Service

For a company that has respect as part of the fundamentals of who they are you guys are truly not living up to what you have stated and if you have forgotten let me remind you

Now the reason I’ve made this comment is because my wife and I have been looking at getting a new contract with telkom and we took the time on Sunday 12/02/2022 to visit your website and browse your deals and checked out the Samsung S23+ which is currently on promo and my wife being super excited about it as it’s also her very first contract, it mentioned someone would call her back so no issue . 13/02/2023 a lady calls my wife about the device but was unsure about a few things regarding adding the Samsung 5 watch so they said they’ll call back the next day . 14/02/2023 my wife receives a call from telkom where a new lady tells my wife no telkom doesn’t add on watches anymore and that you guys don’t have stock of the s23+ nor the watch even tho we know it’s on pre order, so my wife told her but in the latest book it shows you can add on the Samsung watch with the s22 so why not for the s23+ and we asked in store where they told us you could long story short this lady had the nerve to tell my wife quote “yeah telkom is not for you rather go somewhere else “ so how is this nonsense supposed to stand!? It’s not like we are taking out a cheap phone or wasting anyone’s time but how the hell are we supposed to do business with a company that apparently doesn’t want new business and has such arrogant customer representatives
