Forsaken and neglected

Why have you forsaken me, Telkom? Apart from the pathetic coverage of your towers, the service received is appalling. My account has been suspended without review of a "fictitious limit" being reached, and now in the hope of rectifying this error, Telkom has unregistered my number after a week of waiting for it to be unlocked. They seem to have no idea what the problem is and the "maximum" time to fix the problem is a few days overdue. Telkom, please understand that your clients might need their phones to make and receive calls for preserving our livelihoods. We should not suffer due to your negligence and still be expected to fork out your expenses monthly.
