Forgot to phone me back

<p>On the 2016-12-07 I recieved my statement with the extra R136.35. I phoned the telkom call centre only to find out why they billed me extra on my statement. Last month I explained that my back account has changed and they will receive it via once off payment. According to telkom the R308.00 did reflect on their side which was last month the 2016/11/29. with regard to the R136.35, no agent from telkom said that i will be billed the extra when I spoke to them last month 2016/11/28. I am currently under debt review and as aggravated as I am currently they said the billing department will phone me back 2016/12/07 @ 14:30 which has never happend, in order to make the arrangement. First I am billed extra, no need to tell me "Mr Jonker you will be billed extra with your next statement". and second of all nobody phone me back to make an arrangement. ***** YOU TELKOM MOBILE - I AM FED UP</p>
