Forever waiting, NO service

<p>It's been 1 and a half years ago that Telkom said they will upgrade the lines in my area to support ADSL, guess what! IT STILL DID NOT HAPPEN!! I am very disappointed in Telkom, don't they want my business!? I don't understand, I need uncapped Internet at my home and cannot afford satellite Internet, the worst of all is... There is a Telkom line running into our home but it just needs to be upgraded to a better copper quality, what is so difficult about that Telkom!? There is so many people in my street that will use you're uncapped service!! PLEASE RECTIFY AND FIX THIS ISSUE!! I will appreciate it more than anything else... </p>
