Forever no signal with Telkom Mobile

I've recently switched from Cell C to Telkom Mobile in the hope of saving some money on airtime and improving the cellphone reception that I have.

I never thought there could be a network provider with worse reception than Cell C... Initially I always had 4G signal at my house, now I have to go and stand outside to send a whatsapp message or make a call.

Even our monthly Wifi subscription's reception is very poor. I have tried to log a fault on the Telkom website, but I can't seem to find the right page to log a fault for the mobile division.

I have sent them an email about 2 weeks ago, but no response thus far...

I'm placing this review out of desperation, if this doesn't work I will have to switch networks again!
