Forest hill mall telkom useless!

If you want to stress and lose your mind, sign up for fibre with telkom. Worse try to even go to the telkom branch in forest hill mall. That team is sleeping and clumsy. They misplace documents and always forget your application. I had to do applications twice. I waited for a month after my first application waiting for a technician to call me to come and install the fibre, no one called me, i had to walk in at forest hill again, only to find out they forgot about the application, had to do another application again. Even till today its been weeks and i am still waiting for a technician. Signing up with telkom must feature on a 1000 ways to die. Especially with the team in forest hill tjooo those ones are seeping on duty, some dont even know what they are doing.
