Forcing me to pay benefits i do not want

I took out a contract with Telkom about two years ago, and now that my contract has expired they continue to send me benefits forcing me to pay it every month. As much as i tried canceling the benefits on the website because according to them that is the only way ti do it, the website seems to be a dummy that does nit want to move to the submission of cancelation part. Ive been trying on a computer and cellphone i am very displeased
