forceful ADSL to LTE migration of customers

Telkom forcefully migrated me from ADSL to LTE, saying that they are offering me the same service and that the difference is that LTE is wireless while ADSL is Copper. On reading the fine print, LTE Fair Usage Policy is 150GB while ADSL or Copper is 1TB or 1000GB which gives me the freedom to learn and study online and watch Netflix with my family without throttling of my speed. With the LTE my speed goes from 10Mbps to 4Mbps and finally to 2Mbps after exhausting 150GB monthly. I will be paying more for less. I even asked for concession but they refused
