Forced to pay for Telkom's tardiness and lack of research

<p>Near our house a cable was hit and severed by those road machines last year. I reported it, they sent technicians because the first one didn't complete an incident report. Now when i enquire, our line is offline becuase the want me to first pay rental for all those months the pole was down including payment for the twop technicians. So i must pay them for their tardiness in response to our reporting the incident? I also recieved a call today that my account has been handed over to lawyers. I'm extremley annoyed and do not understand why we need to first compalin on social media and hellopeter for our voices to be heard.</p>
