Forced Sales at Telkom_Contract cancellation

Telkom Welkom Goldfields Mall branch has consultants who sell lies to clients. I am disappointed by the service I received. I am unhappy with the phones I received and now I am told that I am stuck with phones I don't want.

I returned the phones within the 7 day window period I was told about, just to be told that I have to pay R16999 + R800 per phone to have my contract amended. Whereas the day I got the phones that was not part of the deal.

I am furious and need help to have this contract cancelled immediately, on top of it all I was given a data contract that I clearly said I don't need.
