For your peace of mind, don't take anything with Telkom

If it was possible to give a 0 rating I would hand it to Telkom, after being a Telkom customer for more than 5 years I have reached a point where I just can't deal with them anymore. They will offer you insurance when taking devices with them and when the time comes for them to assist they will distance themselves by all means possible from the insurance provider even though their monthly repayment is debited as one together with the insurance premium, they will block your access and give an out of bundle error and when you call they will give a false breakdown of Data usage(for days when you could not connect at all) and hand you over to attorneys even though you have a monthly debit order which goes off successfully. I would not advise anyone to take any product or services with them any time of the day, You will forever regret it.
