For where art thou Telkom
My telephone line and DSL service has been out of order since the weekend. I logged a call via the Telkom portal. Got a reference and an sms. Dear Customer, Fault 177CTK260715 has been created for Service ID *** Telkom will endeavor to resolve the problem ASAP. Please do not reply to this SMS. Today the ticket number cannot be querried. I logged a new call via sms this time. <br> Thank you for using the SMS self service option. A call centre agent will contact you to assist you further.<br> <br> Almost weekend maybe somebody will need overtime...sigh
