FOR WHAT AM I PAYING TELKOM

For what am i paying Telkom i got a 4MBPS ADSL and WiFi line but its slow and more off than it is on all of my psyments is going to be offline aswell as i don't have the services i'm paying for in addition its Telkom policy not to respond on vomplaints
