For once - awesome service

I recently got a contract with Telkom mobile for a Samsung Note 4. It came with its own number and I already had a number I was using which a ported from Vodacom early last year. I then asked if it would be possible to use an existing prepaid number and convert it to an existing contract. They said the only way to do that was to port out the prepaid number out of the network and then port it again into a contract. My impression initially was that this was not making sense and it was impossible, but thanks to the technical team they managed to do all that procedure in three days and now my prepaid number has been converted to a contract. Thanks again to the ladies that work at Boulders mall (Midrand) and the technical team for their help.....much appreciated.
