For once a positive review of Telkom's service

<p>My phone line (the booking line for my guesthouse) was intermittently on the blink. Reported 6 times and technicians battled to find fault because it was intermittent. Gilbert Shezi (no ********** ) spent ages sorting it out. Was pleasant, helpful and efficient. Well done Gilber. Great employee for Telkom. Nurture him! </p>
