for ever to get approved

<p>i app**** for a new contact with Telkom mobile and being and exiting customer took forever. i have been to Telkom in Galleria Mall on the 30 June 2016 and spent about half an hour to fiil up forms and then the consultant told me it will take 48 hours for and answer. On the 5 July 2016 still no reply i went to find out what happing and then i was told that still awaiting credit check. i ask them if they could call and check why its taking so long and the answer i got that they cant. even the store has no number to call but yet them being Telkom. i then told them to cancel everything and went to VODACOM and walked out with a contact phone in 30 min. the worst part is that you can't even caĺl the store to do a follow up but you have to drive there and only to wast time fuel and money that they are way delayed in approving contracts. </p>
