For a communication provider it sure doesn't know how to get in touch

<p>A week ago I posted a review of the bad service and promises I'm getting from Telkom, an hour later someone came back to me and offered to help, and gave me a reference number. I immediately rep**** with an email and explaining the situation and yet again since the 21st December no one has contacted me again. I keep calling and is going for the 3rd month without service or help. Brilliant. </p>
