Foolish Telkom

The worst experience with Telkom to date…. Its been a back and forth back and forth for over 2 weeks.. when i initially app**** for a cellphone contract online an agent contacted me we went through everything and i had to approve debicheck after she advised my application has been approved and i will receive my device in 3-5 business days..

2 weeks later with every follow up call im being told the matter is with credit assessor.. so why in the first place tell the customer its been approved and the device will be delivered 3-5 business days… utterly horrible!!!! Not only did i now decided to cancel this entire horrific application process iv decided to change networks too after YEARS AND YEARS OF BEING A TELKOM CUSTOMER..
