Fooled by Telkom - no costing me thousands

<p>I had ADSL for quite a while. I was approached by a Telkom consultant who advised LTE is a better option, as such, I moved my home, rental residence and surgery to Telkom LTE. Mt surgery operates fine, my home and rental residence is a complete failure. The Telkom consultant advised that the area is perfect of LTE, only to find afterwards that it wasn’t. The speed test he performed versus the performance post installation is chalk and cheese. He then advised with an installation of a cell extender, it would be better, which did not improve the service. The matter was escalated to Telkom LTE CEO Jean Victor, his assistants Megan Nicholas and Sharon Nagel. Top date, not one phone call to discuss. If the Leaders cannot care, I shudder to think what the service representatives think when we as consumers walk into their stores.</p>
