Fone missing at Telkom, no help, no nothing. No longerA customer !!!!

Horrible experience ! I booked in my fone in March 2020 up till Tuesday i still did not receive any proper information!

I was in direct contact with the store manager who does not respond to my msgs and is always in meetings when i call.

Tuesday i was told my fone was going to be sent to me

Today my fone has no claim information and they cannot locate my fone !!

Someone HELP
