Follow Up with regards to my Order

After my post about not receiving my Black Friday order, someone responded and said that they'll contect me with regards to my post, and I am still waiting 2 months later. Anyways someone phoned me last week to sell me a new Telkom Mobile data deal which doesn't come close to covering the household usage. I however informed him of the previous order and he said that he will speak to his manager and get back to me. One week later I am still waiting. I see now that Telkom has come out with the same Black Friday deal now in February 2018, but for a higher price. I am however unsure if i should try to place an order as it will probably be a waste of time as their quality of service and assistance is absolutely disgusting. This is due to the fact that after all this time, even when I am willing to send them proof, they still cannot help me sort out my problem. If it was possible to give a negative rating, that is what they would get.
