Follow Up Review. Updated Experience

Although I had to go through a complaint to get them to cancel my contract..

They gave the most consistent timeframes out of all my contracts (that temporarily fell through because of the pandemic), and followed up 80% of the time. Which was frustrating at first. But later I've found out that it's better than most.

So like how I initially gave negative feedback, this one is a follow up. 8/10 is still a fair rating. I would go through them again/recommend them. They have the best call center agents out of it's competitors..

They give good service, they do try resolve whatever "issues" that you might've experienced prior if any. Communication is key, and they communicate, they don't "blue tick"..
