Follow their rules and still they wont cancel account

<p>End of last year I called Telkom and informed them I wanted to cancel my account. They said I needed to complete a form and email it to them which I did. I have proof of the email I even got proof they recieved the email and rep**** back.</p> <p>Its now 10 months later, numberous attempts and still they cant cancel my account.</p>
