Follow on a follow up Telkom cancellation saga continues

Somebody called me during a meeting today and I sent a reply back to state that I am in a meeting until 1pm. Instead of calling me back at 1pm the ****** agent closed the case. I received this sms:

Your case no ********** 8 is resolved. Please call 081180 for Telkom Mobile related queries and 10210 for Telkom Services and Products related queries.

THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED SO WHAT THE HELL DO YOU CLOSE THE CASE AS RESOLVED??????
