flawed process

I ordered a telkom mobile LTE modem with 5gb data at The Glen shopping center. The lady from the Glen called me and told me my application was rejected. I told her that is not possible since i have an excellent credit rating, etc. She told me to call telkom customer care. I called and no one could help me. From department to department till the phone gets disconnected. I am very disappointed with the customer care center. Also the consultant told me that they dont know the reason. So, their is no reason and my application is rejected?
