Line Down STILL. So the internet and telephone went down a week ago today. Telkom said the issue is resolved and it wasn't . Logged a call for them again. .. STILL NOTHING, NO FEEDBACK. Used twitter to get their attention and got a it's been handed to the technician... That was last week friday. Can we please fix this issue. I have been struggling for a decent connection for a long time and have offline for two weeks out of the past three weeks. THIS IS NOT F*****G ACCEPTABLE
