I have been sending emails with no response for my insurance to be cancelled. I called and spoke to a consultant who guaranteed that the insurance will be cancelled and i will my refund. ITS BEEN FOUR F**KEN MONTHS AND AM STILL BEING BILLED FOR THE DEVICE. To make matters worse. I took out another insurance because i have a new contract but they have the nerve to charge me for both.
