Fking Shocking Support
Appalling support from Telkom
I upgraded my line to VDSL for more then 3 months now, i noticed the line syncing at 12mb which is normally 20 MB
I then asked the lady to recreate the port and then have it resync at 20mb again, the line dropped to 10 MB.
I then asked her why its on 10, her attitude was utter dog ****. She told me " no its what it supposed to be" I told her i upgraded, " sorry i cant help you, you have to speak to sales" I spoke to sales already thats why i got the line to 20 mb.
Very ****ty attitude...
Fking Shocking.
Please fix my line back to what it was!

Subisiso happy to help me but didnt really understand what i was disputing. I asked him why my line was set to 10mb? He said would you like to Upgrade it. I said yes ofcourse 20mb, ok then i had to verify details and it will be 20mb in 48 hours. OK thats fine, but why did i have to go through this again? Why did my line downgrade to 10 mb? Cant get him to tell my why its down to 10. I had to do this already 4 months back why did i have to verify it again and go through it.. What is your system doing auto downgrading clients packages???? Please can you tell me whats going on there!
