F..k Telkom

F-ing pathetic company. After calling and holding on forever to get to an agent just to get told that it might be physical damage on our side and if so then it would be for our account. Then all of a sudden the line works again without any telkom technician even close. Now the line is f...ked again and internet is almost non-existent. Why don't they just close it and move on at least then they won't have to listen to the entire s.a. cries for service. Utterly disgusted with the level of service being provided. Think this is one account we won't be paying as we didn't receive the service we are being billed for.
