Fixing of Lines

I have a business to run, the next thing the lines are offline, telkom Is not even attending to the problem but when its time to pay, you are on our backs like ticks. Its load shedding now telkom on the side. How will our businesses survive with this lack of service????? please send someone to my address asap to get this thing of an offline line sorted, because we pay for the ****** service. FLEDEXTRO
