Fixed Line Mess up

I have tried to get a fixed line with Telkom but R100s of rands in airtime and a visit to the Boulders shop later I have not been successful. <br> <br> Firstly, I ran out of airtime on various occasions waiting for the call centre application process to go beyond the address stage. All 3 of the agents spoken to could not \pick up my address".
