Fixed line LTE

I was using telkom ADSL product then 2019 I was migrated to fixed LTE 4Mb line. now I want to upgrade my line speed but I cant I ended up odering a new product with them and when I try to cancel the consultant says I can upgrade my speed now I'm confused I dont know what to do
