Fixed line lookalike back up service

<p>Our internet on our fixed line look alike has not been working for over 5 months. We have reported the fault many times and have had the complaint escalated 3 times. There has been no technicians to sort the problem. in desperation we took the modem in to telkom at liberty mall to have it tested to see why the phone was working but not the internet. The staff were friendly but clueless as to how the fixed line look alike worked. They tried a sim swap but were unable or did not know how to test it. After spending a total of 22 hours on the phone and a total of 10 hours over the past 2 weeks at the telkom office at liberty mall in pietermaritzburg the fault has still not been resolved. It is impossible to get any result with Telkom as there seems to be nobody that knows how to fix the fault and no management structure that you can conplain to.</p>
