Fixed Line Look Alike

My wife took out a contract from Telkom Menlyn (Fixed Line Look Alike) to work from home.<br> They don't know how to activate it at all. It is now 2 weeks, not ever been working, and still no response. They say it is the land line department and they say in return is is a mobile issue.<br> For 2 week now my wife can't work from home.<br> I spend 1 hour and 12 minutes on the phone now to 3 departments (10210) just for the to put the phone down in my ear.<br>
