Fixed land line phone terrible service

Terrible service from Telkom. Purchased a fixed land line from Telkom on Monday 21/12/2020 the line is still inactive five days later. After numerous visits to the Telkom shop at Musgrave Centre, phone calls to the call centre and emails sent the line is still inactive and can’t receive calls. Going to end ALL my contracts with Telkom for this reason.
